A washstand, not a cupboard with a sink on it
Charlbury is the freestanding half of the traditional Calypso lane. The open washstand designs are the interesting ones: an exposed base with a shelf below reads far lighter than a closed cupboard, which matters in a period bathroom where a solid block of furniture would crowd the room. The curved vanity options do a similar job against a wall you cannot square up to. Four painted finishes, and the whole collection is drawn to sit alongside Pentland if part of the room is fitted.

What colours does Charlbury come in?
Charlbury comes in 4 finishes — Cotton White, Portland Stone, Lagoon Mist and Slate. Those are the finishes the collection is made in, so there’s no colour matching on this one.
What handles work with Charlbury?
Knobs and cup pulls in brass, chrome and black. You’re not tied to what’s photographed though, we’ll go through the handle options with you at the design stage.
Is fitting included in the price?
Yes, our prices are supply and fit. Your quote is itemised for your room, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.
Can I see Charlbury before I commit?
Come into the Bamber Bridge showroom and we’ll show you the door, the finish and the nearest set-up we have to your plan. You’ll also see your own bathroom in 3D during your free design visit.
