Dates agreed, everything checked
We agree honest start and finish dates around your life, check every item of sanitaryware and tile has arrived, and walk the job with you before a single tool comes out.
Out with the old, watertight from the start
Your old suite comes out and goes away with us. Plumbing and electrics are moved to suit the new layout, and walls and floors are fully tanked before a single tile goes on.
The bathroom takes shape
Walls and floors are tiled by our own tilers, then the suite, shower and brassware go in, working from the same drawings your designer made.
Sealed, checked and handed over
Every joint sealed, every fitting tested, the room cleaned properly. We walk the finished bathroom with you and don’t leave until you’re happy.
Everything, handled in-house
One quote covers the whole job, so there’s nothing to arrange yourself and no trades to chase.
Local, experienced, tidy
Our own tilers and fitters, not subcontractors found job by job. You’ll know exactly who’s in your home, they’ll turn up when they say they will, and they’ll treat the place like theirs, dust sheets down, tools away, swept up at the end of every day.

Fitting questions
How long does a bathroom take?
Typically one to two weeks, depending on tiling and building work. We’ll give you honest dates before we start.
Do you handle plumbing and electrics?
Yes, it’s all part of our in-house fitting service, moved, connected and certified.
Do you waterproof wet rooms?
Always. Wet rooms are fully tanked before a single tile goes on.
Will you tidy up as you go?
Every day. Dust sheets down, tools away and the room swept before we leave, and a full clean at handover.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed, and your suite carries the manufacturer’s warranty.
