What discount do I get on a trade account?
Ancillary products carry a flat 27.5% trade discount, which covers things like tile adhesives, grouts, levellers and trims. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and tiles are priced at trade rates too, and the trade desk will talk you through the rates for your ranges when we set your account up.
Is there trade pricing on tiles?
Yes, trade pricing applies across our tile ranges and every other category, and the ancillaries that go with them — adhesives, grouts and trims — are 27.5% off.
Can I collect from the showroom?
Yes. Orders are collected from us in Bamber Bridge, just off the M6 and M65, with stock held locally so you can pick up as the job needs it. We don’t currently run a delivery service.
